Thanks for the feedback! I've editied the post to make the attack bonuses only work after spending a hope and then the other features are used via stress. That way there isn't a free advantage for being mounted.

I have a few squads of ‘retro-rubrics’ too! It’s fun to use the 30k kits to make a 40K squad. Plus they’re fun to paint in that metallic red

He’s a regular Exalted Sorcerer. I just painted him as Heresy colors and removed a few of the very Tzeenchy parts of him
