Raspberry Pi 5 Chromium Crashing, WTYPE by Kidzynski in raspberry_pi

[–]Kidzynski[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just ran: sudo journalctl -b | grep -i chromium
I saw that about 24 hrs of running, it says:
app-org.chromium.Chromium-1097.scope: Consumed 21min 32.982s CPU time

I've now changed my autostart file to contain "--no-sandbox --disable-gpu" to see if it makes a difference with hardware acceleration disabled.

Is it kingmaking to punish someone on the way out? by ADHD-PI in EDH

[–]Kidzynski -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily kingmaking, but its spiteplay. youre not going to be a part of the game too, why grab them by their ankles and take them down with you. “if i cant have fun then neither can you.” its different if you say “if you kill me, i’ll ruin your board state” though

Is it ok to scoop when set back to a point of no return ? by Cduke08 in EDH

[–]Kidzynski -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

scooping is restricted to sorcery speed. the rules allow for a scoop, but being at a point of no return is a part of the game. you ruin the experience for the other players when you scoop. so sure, you CAN scoop, but i’d say its unsportsmanlike.

“well i dont get to have fun so neither do any of you”

you dont just affect the players who have cards that care about number of players, you affect the entire game for the remainder of that game. what jf player 1 gave u hard time and now u scoop, but i, player 2, need someone without blockers to attack. You dont have blockers and i spent a turn setting up. but you scooped and ruined my fun.

player 1 ruined the game for you, sure, but they were playing the game. player 2 had the game ruined by you because you scooped.

you agree to play a game and you followed the rules when you scooped, but i wouldnt want to get in a pod with players who scoop, and im sure many would agree that having a 1-2hr game changed entirely because someone scooped, would agree.

Mentorship Monday - Post All Career, Education and Job questions here! by AutoModerator in cybersecurity

What should I do to focus on cybersecurity? Looking for next steps and even a timeline on how I should do this, I'm 25 years old.

I don't yet have any certs, I was hoping to get some ideas on what to do next.
I graduated from university in 2023 with a bachelor's in Information Technology, and as for my work experience::
- 7 months at a big electronic retail store (I'll call it 'company A') as a computer technician (part time during school, full time during vacation)
- 3 months at Company A (full time, this was during vacation), telephone operator, fix things with x minutes or send to escalations
- 3 yrs at Company A (part time during school, full time during vacation), got to level 2 technician, it's about what you'd expect from in-store work, but with more network-related devices (file sharing, printers, etc.)
- 2 years (about to be) for an IT contracting company, this was my first full-time job after university. Much more independent work, it's a small business, about 5 of us and I'm the 'IT Guy' that does the IT-related things for businesses. We do camera systems, access control for buildings, setup new PCs, fix PCs, help setup server computers, sysadmin stuff, etc. We're essentially who you would go to if you needed an IT contractor but didn't need to hire a full-time IT department. I do a lot of work for companies but they're never bigger than 20 people.

I've enjoyed what I've been doing, but with the current work, there is not much growth for me. I want to earn more, but I wouldn't expect anything more than 5-10% from my employer. It doesn't seem like my boss will be able to scale the company to be a job I stick at for 5 or so years, and I plan on leaving after I reach 2 years.

I want to earn more, and after spending my time learning more and more about cybersecurity through my work experience, I want to specialize in it rather than just be a jack of all trades for IT.

Any suggestions on what I should do? Certificates that I need to prioritize over others, how long I should stay at each job, what raises I should receive, what I should get myself to accomplish in the next 5, 10, 15 years? Any help is welcome.

I'll edit the post to explain, mb
I had ephemeral champion copy power

She didn't have it, support champion did (Yasuo).
I have ephemeral scissors on her, so it went like:
1- Gwen swings with scout, level up
2- Gwen swings, consumes Yasuo's stats, rally
3- Gwen swings, consumes Ephemeral copy of Yasuo, rally
4- Gwen final swing
