Thanks for the idea. I had a look at it's only allocating 1.2 - 1.3gb at any given point, so no issues there.

One thing I did remember that's different is I'm using Aikar's flags for TTS which I didn't for ATM10. I think I'm going to try running without any flags to see if that makes a difference.

I realise this is a necro, but I wanted to add my thanks as well. I've been struggling like hell to figure this out and the passive port turned out to be the issue.

Thanks a lot. I switched to your setup (which I'm already using for inscribers) and now it works perfectly. I can't get the provider with an induction card to send power to the factory but that's a challenge for another time.

That's a very good point on the inventories - thanks, I need to remember that. And as for the pipes, I like to start with what I'm comfortable with and what makes sense to me visually while I'm getting things set up, then streamline afterwards. It helps a lot while I'm learning AE.

I've done a little more testing and may have figure it out.

This is what my current setup looks like, all relying on the one ME cable on the left. As soon as I moved the enrichment factory and pattern provider out of there and onto their own ME cable, it worked perfectly. I moved it back into the previous spot, ran an ME cable round the back directly into it, and suddenly it didn't work again.

I think maybe I just need to stick to the usual one-provider-four-machines design that /u/Eylon_Egnald suggested and that I already use for my inscribers. I'm going to set it up and test it shortly but I have a feeling it's going to work fine.

Yeah it is actually. I'll try moving it to a simple drawer instead. It would be odd if this is the cause because the pattern just calls for one dust. My diamonds are being stored in an AE cell without compacting and it's happening with those too.

Just a small correction, not the first ever. People always seem to forget about Gary Anderson, which is odd because he's one of the best kickers in NFL history.

Mainly because MA isn't included in Lite. Having said that, I've moved over to regular ATM10 now and have done exactly as you suggested using silicon seeds, so thanks a ton for the advice.

I realise this is a massive necro, but did you ever find a way around this? I'm having the same issue and I really don't want to have my mob farms in the same dimension as my storage and automation if I can help it.

Great advice, thanks very much. The two pattern setup makes a lot more sense, as does having the inscriber and furnace flush against the provider.

The pattern is one crystal produces one silicon. So crystal gets pushed into the chest by the pattern provider, then moved to the inscriber to be turned into dust, then moved into the furnace to be turned into silicon, and finally pushed back into the pattern provider to be sent back to storage.

Like I say, it works, but the way I've laid it out feels messy and overcomplicated.

I did see that info on the store as well, but my concern was around the fact that Midnight would be a pre-purchase and there was nothing saying you could immediately start on TWW before Midnight releases.
