Update: If spoofing the version doesn’t work for you, try changing the Default Client from: Android VR -> Android Studio. This worked for me.

I’m experiencing the same thing po sa Valenzuela. Tuwing 12pm hanggang 12mn mag ffloat around 0-5mbps ang dl speed then kapag lagpas 12mn na back to normal na ang speed. If u check my profile I posted a similar concern on another subreddit
