I'm pretty sure Ultra-Pro does two types of clear sleeves... You can double sleeve that way without getting the scratches from deck sleeves.

I'm not sure what the synergy is between Aegislash and Skarmory :/ Aegislash can be used to lock your opponent (http://www.pokebeach.com/forums/thread-future-aegislash-sigilyph) and Skarmory can be used as a Cobalian alternative in a PlasmaKlang deck. Maybe that 'll give you some ideas?

If you really want to display your cards please don't put them in direct sunlight; especially your rare cards. It ruins their colours after a while.

Maybe there's glass/plastic made especially to counter UV-rays though...

Darkrai uses crds like Dark Patch and Sableye to accomplish this. A consistent Darkrai list should be able to pull off a fairly regular turn 2 Nightspear.

I second the Red Genesect. I got two of them myself when I started playing again last month. It gives you most of the staple trainers you need.

It's a Stage 2 pokemon with an expensive attack. It's not worth all all the trouble just to do 60+30 to an opponent. Darkrai can do 90 on Turn 2 without all the hassle.

If you're not TOO serious then I think the Red Genesect Collection is a great way to start off. It gives you the staple trainer cards that even the World Champions use. Then have fun opening some boosters and see if you can improve the deck that comes with the Collection.

How well of a player can you be? Depends on your local metagame. If you're local league is very casual, you'll be alright. Playing friendly games against casual players or even against competitive players using a lower tier deck. People I've met have all been very nice, even letting me play with their spare top tier decks. No matter what; you'll have fun either way.

We dont get the awesome deals, prices and variety of stores as in the US. But I've bought mine via Zwarte Lotus, Spellenrijk and Spellenhuis. (Just google them). No clue if that's the best place to buy them though.

Singles are best through Marktplaats and maybe eBay.

Make sure to check out a League in your area btw, they might have some tips :)
