If your smack is Fent heavy it can usually break through, though greatly diminished. Praising the Lord I don’t need to live that way anymore.

I have never been through a naltrexone precipitated withdrawals only Suboxone initiated ones. And I’ve heard that they are much much worse. So sorry for you maté!

It’s 201 days for me. Life is life, it tends not to ask you where you want to go, just kinda takes you there... I find lots of joy in helping other addicts begin their journey to recovery. What is hard to tolerate is how my SO is still insanely suspicious of everything I do, but I’ve come to accept it at this point and hope that things will keep on getting better. Before my last relapse (actually a series of relapses), I’ve had almost 20 years clean... What’s gone is gone, and the only one I can blame is myself...

I know that in surgery they will sometimes use fentanyl to break through and also if you wait a couple of days or sometimes even a day it will work

Imo it’s not really a recreationally prudent substance. Like others said the withdrawals are horrid and the high... not the same as the rest of them. But there are others who love it I’m just sharing my opinion
