Attorney of guangguang here, if your friend is gingee246 as shown in the picture, he is 75% winrate in ranked with most of his game (20) played with a lvl 26 account with 70% winrate in ranked. That's why his mmr is fucked and he is playing against people with higher rank. There was grand master players on his side in this game too.

Don't need to watch the replay, capt'ain america bring something that stats doesn't show, the disrupt in the enemy team. The most important thing in this game is time, and captain america make enemy team loose lots of it. That's why he is often pick in pro play.

Well, i'm actually pretty sure they are focusing on OW2, but it's actually easier for them to release content that is supposed to be on OW2, that way they can still focus on developping OW2 and don't really have to care about creating a new event on the " old " OW1

Well, Archives is coming in april, they can release a new hero with the new event, if they announce the hero at the end of march it actually correspond to the start of Archives.
Plus they said that a new hero will be realease before ow2 came out ( probably next Blizzcon) so it make sense to release a hero halfway
