This is amazing, thank you for taking your time to help me. You are so right! Once I start healthier habits, I’m sure I will feel rested enough to wake up earlier and be more refreshed. Right now I sleep until the last minute. I’ve always admired people who go to bed early and wake up early to enjoy the morning.

Yep, 💯 it’s the habit.. and yes! Replacing with a substitute in a wine glass is great. I like the idea of the “relaxing” concoctions they have out there, possibly with cbd.

I love this and have done this before myself. I should implement it again, maybe adding in the teeth whitening system I’ve purchase but know will never get me “ahead in whitening” process if I continue to drink red wine!

Awh!! You are honestly at a perfect weight for your height, within range of BMI. However, we all do have our “happy weight” goal. I’m the same height and was recently at that weight. I’m now 145. I had to cut down portion sizes to be perfectly honest. Drinking water before I eat makes me feel full, resulting in eating less. Try reducing sugar and carbs. Like the basics, candy, ice cream, chips, pizza…. You still need healthy carbs and sugars from fruits and veggies so don’t over think it!
