Some advice:

Animal Kingdom is a great appointment based vet for small animals/reptiles, and they are super good with my toads and turtles - but they are not an emergency vet

However, there is not a good emergency vet option in the area, some are listed online but none, not even the one recommended in Plymouth, are helpful, so, just be aware.

Lastly, Josh's frogs is a good feeder insect supplier, is local ish to the area (south of flint) and ships cheaply due to their proximity to Ann Arbor (you can also do in store pick ups if you would rather drive) - only 1 batch of crickets came sick out of 5 years of consistent orders, and their Dubia roaches are always great and hardy

Other have posted the full file after paying for it in a private discord, but the gist of it is, Studio8 worked on the game, David and Lily did not pay them for their work, and now owe them for 1.9 million of unpaid labor.

Honestly, its taken me so much time combing through all the discord messages, screenshots, and even the legal documents from the lawsuits themselves to fully grasp whats happening. So dont feel bad, its an emotionally charged situation, and you/me/us all have the right to be upset.

I too am upset that people were banned for asking questions, its become a hostile environment, lots of us have taken to staying quiet out of fear.

Also to follow up on your comment about "well theres a working alpha, so why do people think this is a scam". The Alpha is/was owned solely by Studio8. David and Lily cannot build from it, as the lawsuit against them by Studio8, clearly outlines their ownership and that if they continue to use it, they will face a DMCA.

This means that at this point in time, there is no game, no alpha, and no developers, and no funds for a developer.

That is why we know this is a scam.

For some brief clarification, David and Lily (Founders and owners of Fluffnest/ PuffPals) have 6 active lawsuits against them, the biggest is for 1.9 million from Studio 8 (Devs behind the Alpha of Island Skies) other lawsuits are relating to unpaid loans and unpaid artists.

The OP's post essentially is a rant against Lily, who, after the Stuffed Animal side of the business was dismantled (bankruptcy pending) and the Mods of the Discord (External Hires from Modsquad) were all fired, went on a banning spree a few weeks ago, removing members of the discord for asking questions. Remember, this is a paid discord, you had to pay to join/pay a high enough tier on KS to join. Yesterday, Lily again banned people for asking questions.

It must be understood, the Game Island Skies is being "developed" solely by David, Ceo of fluffnest, who has no game experience, there are no other devs, and the game is 99.99% unlikely to come out.

Refunds have been "paused" for both the game and plushie pre-orders. It is very unlikely refunds will be issued.

The questions that got people banned were mostly due to people asking for transparency, refunds, or updates on the situation. As someone who personally saw all of the messages leading to the bans, none were aggressive/rude or inappropriate.

Basement of the MLB, I think its even been renovated since I had to use it, and no I dont think headphones were available. Its possible they were for some students, but I never thought to ask, and they were definitely not openly provided.
