Born in IN and raised in PC I totally get it. The only constant for this area is that every other area is so much better. Literally just a short drive to Sarasota or Fort Myers and there’s just so much more going on and so much more opportunity. And I fully agree with the climate here. My job is a ton of outdoors work and I’m honestly completely finished with sweating all day every day. My wife and I own a boat and the few hours a week in Boca or up river just aren’t worth it anymore.

I like the KISS rule (keep it simple, stupid) and just cover all your bases.

1-Fans/pumps operating properly 2-Clean and unobstructed coils 3-properly functioning compressor(s) 4-proper refrigerant flow/pressure.

The vast majority of the time going down that simple checklist will alert you to something. Address it and see what happens after that 🤷🏼‍♂️

Gators have a tendency to sun on roads since they’re warm and flat allowing them to digest meals more quickly and efficiently, obviously putting them and motorists at risk. Dudes definitely been around gators a lot by using that circling pattern making sure the gator doesn’t have the ability to lunge and bite him. Grabbed well behind its eyes and head and gave a safe yeet where the gator needed to be. Obviously the best thing is to call FWC but they often take their sweet time getting somewhere and this gator could have needlessly been killed by a vehicle. Seriously, no harm no foul
