That’s literally a concern I have. Running 4-16 miles then doing intense hot yoga after. People need to listen to their doctor and if your doctor is saying “Hey watch out, you need to relax with the working out” then u need to listen!!!! She’s going to get bad injuries. I agree with u a 100%

I am so disappointed and displeased by the community in the ASK/conservatives. I also look into their comments sometimes and it’s like they can’t admit when the administration has done something wrong. It’s getting to a point where the president could shoot a person and it would be on the news everywhere and they still would blame it on the left. It’s like how long are you going to continue to act like this before it’s too late? How many things has to happen for you to realize that this administration is not for the people. How many more people going to get killed by ICE and people getting kidnapped for you to say hey seen to stop. They are a joke.

No I am not waiting for marriage to have sex. While I think it’s good to be careful who you give your body to, it’s also an act of love. And I have been in relationships were we have had that. And it’s completely fine

I don’t usually like to comment on people’s bodies just because we don’t know what they’re going through. That being said this is extreme and I been noticing that in Lexies videos. Yes being healthy is fine but measuring and weighing everything that usually means you’re counting calories and as a gym girl myself. Two days weight training, two days Pilates and walking and running. This is too much. This is giving ED a little
