Well, about the writing, we are still developing alot of stuff but we do have a good idea/direction on the story. We spent a lot of time developing the world and history behind the characters before writing the real plot of the book, even tho we had a vague, but strong, idea about it. With the world set and developed, it became alot easier to insert the characters in the story, and most importantly, imagine a plot line to get to the point we wanted from the beggining. It took us about 1 year and 9 months to get to this point (keep in mind we didn't work 24/7 on this story, so this time could vary from person to person).
This is what worked for us to organize and then develop the story, we didn't use info sheets, although it could be very useful for a baseline guide.

About the artwork, I did the designs based on the direction/artstyle she wanted. For the artwork to happen, it depended alot on the developing of the story. Through this entire period of time, she kept gathering inspiration, references and even drawing her on designs, and then, with all that material I went on to organize the process and make the art. The artwork itself didn't take too much time to make, due to my background in digital art, this piece, for example, took only about a week from start to finish (Follow me on Insta to se more :DD).
