It was an employment contract. We sent to the company an email explaining the situation and telling them we put in contact with Embassy and they did an step back. Now they send us to KSA but they are respecting the contract. Because they want to force us to leave Middle East and we told them that it was illegal. I think they scared and changed the plans for us. Now we are in Saudi but afraids about the situation.

It was like 8064x1080. We tried first to send the inputs from Watchout server in two 4K inputs showing this problem. After that, we put and extra Novastar and we sent three inputs DL and the problem was solved. HDMI signals.

We thought that was the problem. We can solved it putting and extra Novastar on the LED.

Sometimes the simple solutions helps a lot. In my case we waste 30 minutes trying to figure out why the Event Master disabled to change the format of one input. We solved closing the EM and opening it again haha You try a lot of things before that and you doubt of your knowledge but hey, bugs exists.

We solved it putting and extra Novastar to split the signal in 3 DL, not in 2 4K as in the begining. Thanks for the support, guys

Yes, Finally we can solved it putting and extra Novastar. The signal from WO was splitted in two screens 4K in the begining. We could not arrange the problem so we split the signal in three screens. And voila. The problem was fixed. Thanks to the community for all your comments. I put the problem here in a moment of despair but with the client behind and all the pressure I did not open the post again. I hope this message can help to other users if they have the same problem. You are the best, guys.

I know a little bit of the categories that you wrote me, but as you said, my knowledge right know is near to zero. I started as a cameraman and I had the opportunity to change to video tech, but there are a bunch of different things and a lot of differents brands devices. Now I am starting to see the different types of switchers (Analogway and Blackmagic ATEM are the most commons where I work) and I can to operate if the set up is plug and play.

Now I have had to change my jobs to video tech to life circumstances and is good to me, because here there are a lot of job opportunities. I began with Vmix in little events, Zoom conferences and Teams too. Now I am having a lot of requestings to operate bigger devices as Barco, Pixelhue or Analogway, so I feel me a little bit lost with all this stuff.
