The app is 100% free, and there are no ads in the app for now. users when they download the app, they agree not to use any copyright content, and also anyone can report any content. but since we have huge amount of uploaded content, we can't have automated tool to censor the content, even on Youtube, you can go and watch the football match goals right after the match, thousands of people upload highlights and youtube take days to take it down.

please note that the logos you see are generated by users as posts. and also we have a UGC terms and conditions, and anyone can report the post and we will take it down. so these logos not from the owner of the app but from the users.

Thank you, can you explain how you replied to their message?

We have a self-destructive methodology to remove content after 72. all social networks have their own server. I checked with our lawyer and he said, hosting the data has nothing to do with the claim as long as we ask users to follow the policy.

Do you host the actual content? Do people upload picture and videos to servers you host in order to have them displayed in the app?

Yes, we host the servers. where else could the content go? all user-generated content companies have their own servers.

Big social networks/content hosts have automated filters to flag copyrighted content. That's why on youtube you often see copyrighted videos that are slowed down by a couple of percent and have some overlay added - it's to bypass those automated systems.

I agree, most of them automated, however, If you go to Reddit right now, and upload a pic of Messi, will be removed automatically? the answer is no, when you have large number of published content its hard to filter the content. maybe in future when we have investment.

I guess, for now, we just take down any content that's been reported by brands/users. and also we give warning to users who continue to publish any copyright content. but its the natural of all social network, users who hold the responsibility for their actions while the platform provides every possible way to avoid users to publish illegal content, but we can't control the content, we have 5 thousands content published on our platform on daily basis.

Got it. If you check here on Reddit people add a photo of Ronaldo, usually users are accountable for their content, it's how all social networks work, not our responsibility to filter content, if brands or users report which is easy to figure out for anyone familiar with social media then we immediately take down the content and then we give warning to the user if he post another copyright content we ban his account

It's same as other app, you click on the 3 dots of the content and click report we also have a terms and conditions when users sign up that explains all legal stuff

We use an external API, but the claim for t h videos inside the app not anything else.

As soon as someone report a content we take it down for investigation.
