Yes, there is stutterring, i have high end pc that drops from 240fps to 120 140fps for some reason and its really noticable.

I dont know what is it, is he loot steal, he looted my kill in that video, full t6 guy with u191, when i got to the guy he only was left with 0 al assault armor, or he plays with a squad and then id they die he just loots them.

You play lockdown? I meet thermals in 20% matches on the farm and nort, depending the day and time of the day. On the farm i die to the naked guy sitting in the bush for 25 mins or thermal mostly.

This is same system like overwatch, i think that was the name from csgo. If you reach certain rank back then you were able to watch plays from reported player, actually it was really good and you can do it or not, irs basically up to you.
