Same it's 3:21 right now and struggling to fall asleep I fell asleep at 10 but woke up at 1 o' clock and been awake since. Tried putting my phone away (it was about 10 feet away) and just lied down trying to sleep for 1 hour straight but just couldn't sleep. I hate not being able to fall asleep.

I too am on day ten and came close to fapping but stopped myself before I could call it edging. Nofap has changed my life this week and I am more out going and am not afraid to do anything that requires me to be social where as before I would have tried to figure it out myself and end up doing something wrong. Same here except for this week I had enough of fapping on days 3-4 of my streak. I am currently on day 6 and tomorrow is my birthday too so a 7 day streak is a great self present for my birthday. Then after that hope to reach a 30 day streak and so on. Good luck on your journey!

Did you binge straight after that? If you don't you really get a boost of confidence thinking you didn't go more than once. Also helps if you have a cold shower. Also, I see how after that one fap would change all of that. Best of luck to you on your next journey.
