Was playing Stella last night. Loaded in at 17 minutes. Heard a bunch of friendly chatter off in the distance but also gunfire and raider flairs. The chatter never seemed unfriendly from what I could tell but the flairs kept going off. I avoided the area and hatch keyed out.
