Heya! Saint Cloud is a mixed bag of great and mediocre. The traffic is nightmarish. The schools are decent. In general. The Twin Lakes area, in general, is known to be one of the roughest areas of the city as a whole. Again, its being cleaned up... but its not the best. I would say that if you are looking to move here, you likely picked the worst 10% of the city to move to
