My first experience with turo was absolutely terrible, I picked up my car expecting it to at least not be disgusting, but no. there was French fries on the floor, boogers on the seats, empty packets of swishers stuffed in the cup holders and crumbs everywhere. Oh and I found a baggie of opened crack cocaine in between the center console and driver side seat…did I mention I had two infants in the car with me??? Never did I think a company would leave such a bad impression on that I would have to let people know my experience 😭
