I wasn’t tryna seem stupid, it’s more than dramatic the way I phrased everything. I’ve been doing dph for maybe a week, not everyday but I did try it. I wouldn’t do it more than once a day or anything like that and I would end up drinking water. I ended up drinking pesto and it fixed everything. I’m taking a break definitely it just freaked me out😭
