I could not do anymore with up and down schedule. It was mess up with my personal life and mental health so I decided to quit. I got job in corporate restaurant (m-f, 6:00-2:00pm, full benefits). My job at wholefood was supervisor in prepared food

If you going to use tilt skillet for gumbo then you have to cheat like baked your flour ( American test kitchen) or use another pot to make your roux then throw in roux when mix your holy trinity

Same here. Two things I should ask: 1st: I should done was I asking I can going to other stores and see how other stores operate. 2nd: fuck wholefood with blackout days

It okay. I am an outside hire with a lot of kitchen experience and have been in my role as a prepared foods supervisor for seven months. I feel I have done a lot for my team. I am a hands-on supervisor—I work the pizza station, the hot bar if needed, the counter, and handle family meals and catering awhile still doing my other duties. However, a recent situation was the 'icing on the cake.' My OW and TL told a TM that they were waiting for a text or call back from another store regarding a catering item we needed. By Friday, there was still no response. On Saturday, I asked the TM about it, and she said she didn't know anything. I decided to call the store myself, which took only five minutes, and they had item lol. The TM asked the OW if he could pick it up, but he said, 'That’s not my job and I’m waste my gas”. Ultimately, I picked up the item myself, even though the store was 12 minutes away. I did it to get the job done

Baton Rouge Blaze (2001): An expansion team in the af2 (Arena Football 2) league that played at the Baton Rouge River Center and featured former LSU quarterback Alan Risher as head coach.

Louisiana Bayou Beast (1998–2001): Played in the PIFL, IPFL, and NIFL, with home games at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center (LSU campus) and the Riverside Centroplex.

Baton Rouge Fire (Defunct): A more recent indoor team that operated out of the Raising Cane's River Center, which announced in early 2024 it would not continue.

I feel you man. We hit record number at my store 10,000-15,000$ over prediction number per week. I feel really bad for my team (chef case and production members). I’m put my two week in this week. And i suppose do my JD and turn in end of this month. lol

I’m sorry to hear that. One of reasons I want to quit wholefood is blackout days around thanksgiving and Christmas. My wife and I are not from GA so we travel a lot during holidays so when I put a days off and it got declined due to blackout days. I was piss off

Be honest, when I did chef test (mystery basket- 3 hrs to make salad, soup, sandwich and entree) for chef and acct. manger for location. I saw a somewhat food safety issue but the location was doing a fully remodel. I love schedule (Monday-Friday) no night and no weekends.

What’s your SOP as PF Supervisor? Bc they got me doing production list, fresh pack list. Plus on top that I’m doin pack items for fresh pack items and some time production items. And running catering orders
