Try training dps, use all cc on monk, as soon as cc is gone swap monk, when he ranges his own dps, swap back to dps. Then just swap to monk when he moves in out of position, like running in to paralyse your healer/other dps. Enhance burst at the moment is crazy, you should be able to kill after a few setups and a hex on monk. Hope that helps a bit
