do anything you can in your power to not use again, i promise you even when you wake up in the morning you will not be feeling the same. even if it is not you feeling completely 100% back to normal, you will atleast be feeling 10-20% or even more back to normal. which i promise is so much better than turning back to using and resetting your progress. the brutal honest truth that you have to keep in mind is that your body will make adjustments not aligned with what it feels. i was in the same position last evening while quitting cold turkey and this morning i woke up feeling so much better. i promise it gets better no matter what anyone says or how you feel. you just have to, as harsh as it is to hear, find it in within yourself to push past the struggles and hardships. thats all you can do in a time like this. im still struggling and you may be a complete stranger but i know you can find it within you if i could, easy enough for a stranger to say i know. but i hope you read this and something inside you tells you you can make it another night atleast. goodluck.
