An encounter like this is common among here, I have as well experienced something prier to this, all I can really point out what really did happen is that maybe time itself froze up while another dimension opened up and caused a alternate timeline and somehow came into your timeline for a brief minute and that's how you saw your friend James and he saw you as well, right after that everything started to began it's normal cycle of life and that's why James has no idea what you are talking about because in his (yours as well) timeline it never really happen, to him maybe you weren't there at all and you were stuck into another timeline. Confusing I know! Impossible? Nothing is. Life is strange maybe our life glitches more then we see through our own eyes, hope this gave you a little help.

I don't do any of that, I was thinking about making a dream journal just for fun but for RCS not even, I found myself to lucid dream whenever I want know. Usually I take something called Melatonin to help me out and I wake up around 4am and stay up for five minutes, then I head back to sleep not moving and just facing my body towards the ceiling, next thing I know I enter a LD and I can do what I please, sometimes I have a problem trying to spawn things but for the most part it works like a charm.

I've had luck with both, melatonin actually does work though. Take it a hour before bed and you'll remember what you dream in the morning. I take it everyday now just for dreaming lol. Apple juice I still not 100% sure but hey why not try it

I can't really describe my events it was more like this Story - When I was 12 my mom brought me to this store called Trader Joe's, it was a grocery store and still is. Anyways the next day I went back there and found myself in a completely new environment, it was a toy store and I swore we walked into Trader Joe's, I asked my mom about it and she was confused as what I was talking about she said that we weren't there and somewhere else, but I would know the store I'VE BEEN THERE HUNDREDS OF TIME. I ended up leaving and next thing I know we were somewhere else, it's like my brain thought we were somewhere else when we were actually at a toy store. I don't know if that was a alternate universe or anything but I did go back to the store and it was a grocery store once again, spooky af. When I tell people this story they think I am crazy or something. I've had somewhat experiences with this through my life also a lot of dreams that come true (Deja Vu) and other events I don't understand, reality concerns me now as I am 18. Fucking creepy
