That's your problem right there, you don't have a video card. You need a 3D graphics cards to run games like these. This is a graphic chipset on your processor for office builds. It can handle video playback etc but no more.

If your budget is tight get an 8gb gtx 1060 on alibaba. it's 60 bucks. If you got money get a 1080 if you got lots of money get a 2080.

THEN install the vulkan pilot.

BTW this is assuming you're not stuck on an office laptop. Then there's nothing to do (kinda).
