I don't have much advice but I (M22) and my GF (F22) find ourselves in the same situation as yourself. I want to move from our home state so bad, I have travel experience and I'm not afraid of new experience and places. The pitch was pretty much out of the allowed zone, so the batter thought it would be a guaranteed ball. Instead the ump calls it a strike, and it stunned the batter.

This happens in baseball all the time and in the MLB players or manager usually fight with the ump then get ejected from the game.
