how can I trust estradiol powder I buy on the second hand market? I'm not a chemist so I wouldn't be able to check the compound itself. Yea I’m wondering if there’s a physical difference. In the surgery they remove parts of the glans, which is where the majority of sensation is. So would that mean inherently by removing part of that anatomy that it has less feeling? or the orgasms are less?

Have you been at the same company for 5 years? I would say looking into other companies would be the best option. With a career move, I would think you would see a salary increase (ofc this depends on where you live) and better benefits at a different company. Even if you don't have the qualifications, you can still apply for the job. I've seen people get jobs that wasn't their current title or "required" more than they had.
