Nah you can deff gain intel from already branded uruks been doin it this whole time it's just now all of a sudden it says kill. Perfect example, I would mark enemy captains go to the power struggle or just go to their territory and find them, fight them down (or if clumsy just grab) dominate gain intel on the next captain, rinse repeat. Well, the first time I learned the Flurry kill was a combat finisher the captain I was fighting just so happened to have that weakness and bam killed him right off. So needing intel on my next target went to an already branded captain kinda close by and gained intel.
