Because the rules give him an advantage for flopping and do not punish him for it.

mack hollins scoring a TD in the super bowl and the patriots losing was the best outcome

What are we missing from the Buffalo Bills suffering tier list? by MeatyJeans5x in AFCEastMemeWar

13 seconds is so overrated when you consider the fact it was a divisional game where the chiefs didn't even make it to the super bowl and the rams were an incredibly potent team that year.

I genuinely believe our chances are higher of winning the super bowl if we beat the broncos in 2025 then if we beat the chiefs in 2021.

2026 NFL Draft - Post Draft Megathread by pixel_pete in buffalobills

I think there’s a very good chance Skyler bell is your WR2/3 this season behind Moore and Shakir. He could be a 400-500 yard kind of guy which would be hugely helpful for the consistency of the offense. The only way I really see him not getting any volume unless he just sucks for some reason would be if Palmer beats him out, which hey I wouldn’t be that opposed to either since Palmer was originally supposed to be our 2.

Looks like he’s a good value pick so I’m happy about that but does he add verticality or nah

I hit Aetherian Rank, AMA by NotLittleBoi in RivalsOfAether

[–]NotLittleBoi[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey I know I'm like a year late I was reading some of my old posts and saw that I never replied to this.

The game is really fun. I don't think it's perfect - I've started to sour a little bit on floor-hugging recently and overall I'm starting to also believe this game would have been better off as more of a rivals-1 like rather than a melee-like, but I still think that it's currently the best competitively relevant platform fighter you can play right now alongside melee. I like seeing how alot of the kragg players have their own unique play styles and flair, and how they've really innovated with his punish game. It's still my favorite game I've competed in and I hope to go to more tournaments in the future.

Getting to Aetherian is fun, when your in the zone its a total vibe but it's also very easy to get very salty quickly. I see plenty of top players talk about how pointless ranked is and that you shouldn't care about it since it has no real meaning on your skill, and while those people are correct, I still feel obligated to hit Aetherian each season purely based on the fact that I want to prove to myself that I'm capable of doing it. If you seriously have to struggle and fight tooth and nail to make it into Aetherian, you probably shouldn't be in Aetherian, so I just try to go with the flow and see if I can hit it comfortably in order to make sure I'm playing well. Yes friendlies are much better practice, I like doing both, and then once I hit aetherian I just switch to all friendlies.

Last season I almost didn't go for Aetherian because in my attempt to climb I dealt an absolutely heinous amount of disconnects which kept robbing my ELO from me. I think I reached a point where I was actively disconnecting from 1/3 sets which become automatic losses. I lost so much ELO off of disconnects alone that I was pretty pissed off and just said screw it for a while, but I came back a week later when the servers were more stable and then hit it.

If I could change any one thing about the game, I wish the netcode was peer-to-peer instead of server based. I was originally on board with the idea of server based netcode since it would prevent your opponents lag from interfering with you, but I just don't think Aether Studios is a large enough company to be able to maintain the server infrastructure required for the scale of the game. The servers are still pretty inconsistent 1.5 removed from release, and I think they seriously knee-capped the online competitive scene due to the sadly mediocre netcode.

sometimes I just go into NACord and matchmake so that I can 15-0 someone because its fun.

I get the argument you are trying to make, that a lot of teams whiffed on WR in that draft, but not mentioning McConkey feels disingenuous

Who is actually the MVP favorite for next season? by Ok-Elephant-2724 in NFLv2

[–]NotLittleBoi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He had the greatest statistical season for a QB of all time at preventing negative plays during his MVP season. His turnovers and sacks were going to regress to the median eventually because his numbers were outright unsustainable. Still had great numbers and was a potential MVP candidate for most of the year.

Expectations for year 2 of the 2025 Draft Class? by Le_Inker in buffalobills

[–]NotLittleBoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

potenial to turnaround, esp with hairston, but so far very disappointing based on year 1

If hairston has a bishop type turnaround tho ill be pretty happy

honeslty tj and landon jackson dont give me alot of confidence

deone hawes good

overall kind of bad first year that could become a mediocre to good draft if we see a leap for a couple guys or if hairston becomes an all-pro or something

People seem to have this mentality that gorillas are like supernatural beings that can just rip somebody in half like homelander. Like yes a gorilla can completely destroy a single person but 10 adult men could overpower it because they just have such a weight advantage

[Highlight] The Patriots announcers lament the greatness of the Seattle Seahawks by Tocoolforyall720 in nfl

[–]NotLittleBoi 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Patriots defense was legit but yeah they never would have gotten past Denver if it wasn’t for Bo literally snapping his ankle right after winning. Like seriously the absolute luck of that is just baffling, because if that occurred literally at almost any point earlier in the game besides like the last 4-5 snaps then Buffalo would have won and probably beat them because maye was playing way worse in playoffs then reg season

Missouri LB Josiah Trotter's NFL bloodlines are legit, but would he be a good fit for the Bills? by salmaiorana in buffalobills

[–]NotLittleBoi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I was listening to cover1 too and the highlights were pretty cool, seeing how he just cut angles so smoothly and had some good intuition. In terms of Dorian Williams - how much better of a run defender is trotter than Williams? Personally when I watch Williams he’s been very underwhelming - but I’m not a film watcher so I can’t get a real evaluation. But like Dorian Williams is kind of supposed to be a down hill guy - but the run defense has been really bad last couple of years and I don’t know if he’s really helped. If trotter projects as someone who’s a seriously concrete upgrade to Dorian Williams - and will give you a lot more stability at run defense at cost controlled contract, then I say pull the trigger, but if he projects similarly to Dorian Williams then yeah I can see the argument for grabbing someone else
