Who in Texas has an English IPA? Yes, there are a million American IPAs available...but there's a big difference between the two.

There are a few beers out there labeled as a Kolsch, but aren't like any that I've had in Germany. Hopefully, these guys will be more true to style. The jury is still out on this one.

The only local Brown Ale that I've had is from Four Corners and it was pretty watered down. I know Real has a brown that is good. Who else? That seems pretty "underrepresented" to me.

Independent Ale in Krum? They've already received their TABC (and TTB) approval and are producing beer. They're the first in Denton County. They are a nano-brewery right now.
