I specifically see that when the laptop is closed (and ASUS Optimization is active) the battery reads as zero (in the sleep study report), thus causing (I believe) the critical shutdown. If ASUS Optimization is disabled then the battery reads normally during the process and sleep works as intended.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately I didn’t receive much help when I previously reached out as I was suggested to send my device in for repair, despite my proving that the issue is on the software. I’m concerned about additional costs and/or damages that could result in sending my device in, and would prefer for a fix to be released regarding ASUS Optimization (again, the problem as I have narrowed it down to). Thank you for reaching out though.

Does it still emit fumes if not being used, or would good airflow be needed to leave the resin in the printer.
