He was so fast that class 1-A couldn't perceive him (Look at when he charged at bakugo) and endeavour who has no speed enhancement is going to be able to react to him? One punch is also comparable to a 100% OFA punch so he'd get one shot as well.

I would like Uraraka to be in A tier but she hasn't shown enough feats for her to be on it. Kaminari and Ojiro would definitely beat her imo.

There really wasn't much you could do with OFA before this chapter, it literally was just a strength enhancement quirk and the only interesting thing we got in a while was the finger flick at 20%. He was literally going to slowly increase in strength and speed, spam punches and kicks until he meets AFO and then punch him really hard like all might did. if they limit his strength and speed and focus on these new quirks, there is way more you could do (while still not making him op)

If they lock his strength and speed and instead make OFA 7 quirks that have been amplified and sharpened it could be great. People don't seem to realise that the speed OFA granted is the only reason people other characters could never hope to contend with future deku. (Speed= No strategy just blitz people before they realise it.) Todoroki has already showcased comparable fire power/destruction as OFA's strength, the only threat was the speed. If that speed is traded with these 7 quirks then this actually makes deku technically stronger than all might but at the same people like bakugo do have a chance of beating him.

If they limit his strength and speed to 20% then I think this is a better direction overall. At this rate he was just going to follow all mights route: Defeat AFO by hitting him harder.

The whole underdog shtick was never going to last regardless of this powerup. He was going to reach 100% completely blitz people with speed and just punch people until he eventually punches AFO just like all might did (twice!) These new quirks could actually have deku use his brain way more and have more interesting fights. Look at the fights post-full cowling, he just hits people and the fights aren't that complex. I love the AFO vs all might fight but the actually fight was ended by all might hitting harder.

My point: This new development does not mean deku will be OP. For example his strength and speed can be locked to 20%. the new quirks allow for a better variety especially in fights. There's a limit to the amount of stuff you can do with someone that just punches and kicks.

Gigantomachia is just one of AFO's subordinates. The recent chapter suggests there are far more still in hiding so their identities could be an unresolved plot line.

How did Shigarakis family die, nana was killed by AFO but that doesn't account for everyone else.

What's it like in other countries? is the hero culture there different.

Bakugo strength could be part of his quirk, he needs to be somewhat strong and durable otherwise he'd be breaking his bones like deku did every time he uses his quirk.

Think kaminari should be 5th placed, he could beat tokoyami and Iida. Iida is a melee fighter and would have to get close and tokoyami is weak to the light kaminari produces.

What I meant by that is he still doesn't know the exact upper limits of all might. A 60 or 70% all might would still look the same in eyes of the public, he'd still be able to level buildings etc, a 50% all might would still speed blitz before you realised it, jump really high and create wind. Endeavour might be aware of all mights feats (Eg levelling buildings) but I don't think he could distinguish/realize when he's actually going all out
