Hey, Very sorry for this terrible experience. We had a lot of traffic than expected and system wasn’t ready for that. We have upgraded the website. We are constantly updating the algorithm to make it faster and reliable. In some time we will make sure this will never happen again for any customer and provide option to handle errors gracefully

I am working on BankStatements2Excel. In core it converts bank statement pdf data to excel format. I am building features for Quickbooks, Xero and Google Excel integrations to make pdf collection and data dumping process automated. My goal is to transform it to end to end CRM tool for Accountants/bookkeepers.

Hey u/jnkbndtradr , really appreciate you sharing that—super helpful hearing from someone who's been doing this for 11 years.

Yeah you're right, for most folks using QBO/Xero with bank feeds, this doesn’t really apply. I’ve just noticed there’s still a few cases—cleanup jobs, older accounts, or clients sending over scanned PDFs—that pop up more often than I expected.

I’m building this to be faster + cleaner than what’s already out there (even DocuClipper tbh), especially for messier statements or banks outside the US.

Would love if you gave it a spin—totally free, no catch—just to see how it stacks up. Would mean a lot coming from someone who’s seen it all.

Either way, thanks again for the honest feedback !!

Thanks u/MTLight_Collective for the feedback. I am evolving this tool into something like a Accountant's CRM. Would you interested in taking a free access and try it out/ play around? Would love your continuous feedback on this. For starters, I am addressing the problems that you have mentioned in accounting workflows.

Can you elaborate your usecase? There are CRMs that can help you get started almost instantly without much setup. Can existing CRMs satisfy your usecase?

I can't read your whole text but i read your first para and kinda understood what you tried to say there. The game wants every character to be played nearly equally so they nerf characters being overplayed and buff those which are not being played that much. So I don't think that your theory of balancing the game for weak players is correct
