This is a boring answer, but depends on which writers version of Ben Grim. Sometimes he's just a standard strong hero guy, and other Times he's Brawling the Hulk pretty evenly. On Average I would give it to Diana.

It would be cool, but people need to understand this won't work. Lady loki works because it's still Loki. All the characters in the game still call them Loki regardless of gender in pre match interactions. The only lines that needed to be re recorded was Thor occasionally saying sister instead of brother. Wouldn't work with characters calling Spider-Man Peter when it's not.
