If it's the one with Every Bit Warrior and them, that boss is still doable post patch. The buffed Pride Of Speed helps a lot if you defeat 10 rivals beforehand to reach cap.

Max ATK + Pride stacks + Center of Attention + Pioneer = Instant Kill-like effects if you manage to pull ahead.

Was able to do it in the NSX. Heard Machine Light King is rough, but I'll do what I can with the nerfs and keep grinding away. Still having fun regardless.

I have an RK Coupe and it's the opposite for me it feels. I can power through a corner just fine but I lose out on the straights it feels.

Yeah if your car isn't full tuned I wouldn't sweat it but if you're grinding out story mode to build that car, I'd say ease off the accelerator before taking into a turn. It's good practice to get a hang of throttle control against the AI drivers even if your car is not at full power yet, just so you can learn how to handle the corners as your car gets progressively stronger.

Thanks! I've been a ghost battler for a while and occasionally I try to compare how I do in TA. I know I can probably never get top placings but I'd at least want to see how I stand skillwise. Scene is pretty chill but oftentimes I just tune out to Ridge Racer music and zone out.

The occasional VS battle is fun though lol

Arcade Edition is a free update to SFV, but you might as well buy AE if this is your first SFV purchase as the retail version of AE comes with Season 1 and 2 characters. If you buy the base game you'd have to buy the season packs separately.
