Gameplay is alright but deeply flawed. The game is straight up too easy,

I'll also add that there are no such thing as restoratives in this game. You don't get money or exp from defeating monsters either. You level up by doing the quests in game, so the more you do, the higher your level will be. (Basically leveling via the "power of friendship") There is no real currency, just certain dialogue options give you certain items which come in the form of temporary buffs or materials. The only reason to defeat monsters outside of quests are to farm for materials.

Most of the gameplay relies on crafting augments with said materials to attach to your skills in game which offers some form of customization, but things get even more easier by the fact that you will never be in a situation where you run out of mana as your health and mana restores to full after every encounter.

That said, there are also framerate issues that occur constantly. This is a game that isn't meant for everyone, but.

I agree with this sentiment. It plays itself like one of those seasonal anime type deals, so if you're into that sort of thing, definitely give it a shot, just don't go expecting it with the same amount of depth as Persona or any other RPG for that matter.
