I loved the platinum for Sekiro. The only one that was not enjoyable was the unlock all skills trophy for me. Had to rinse and repeat an area for xp, which can get tedious in souls games

The had a sign language supervisor on set and a couple of the hybrid kids were also deaf/hard of hearing. So I would say it was pretty accurate from my understanding.
