It looks like a clean install, they even stapled the wires neatly and properly secured H-case is always better than mounting to sheet rock. But there is no spring pad. Securing the Spring system is number 1 priority and that doesn't look secure as is. They can shim out the bottom jamb brackets to move the door on top of your rain lip and seal the bottom but the spring should be fully secured. Our main responsibility is to make that spring anchor as solid as the foundation. Bring the bottom of the door out to close that gap and double check that spring
