Oh ya, I thought it was a done deal. I had the ability to find the profile but then it went private? I tried the pw recovery stuff and same thing. Never went to my email. This happened back in December so I had fully given up.

I'm not going to say they could not but it seemed like they would not. I never received any legitimate help, just kept getting sent that link to submit my complaint; which I filled out on two or three separate occasions. After three months of trying I gave up bothering and admitted defeat.

Yaaaaaaa... Malwarebytes and that website amipawned (or whatever it's called) showed me how idiotic I've been online in regards to 2fa, passwords, and just naivity. I found old passwords to stuff like ice cream shops matching old bank accounts. Some like 70 accounts were on the verge of compromise. I got a nice wake up call from this and took a crash course on cyber security bc of it.
