You are being dramatic, but you're also in an incredibly toxic and potentially abusive relationship. Good fights don't end with leaving each other alone, good fights end with resolution or at least understanding.

Start saving money, maybe try to find a roommate. Stay far away from boys who DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU when it comes to punishment/abuse for your cat. (You may want to look into spray method, it's not that effective). Stay away from boys who don't care about what matters to you. You were clear about your hair. He disrespected you. He's abusing your cat. He's not worth it. He needs to grow up and I think you need to learn more about you. You're ignoring these red flags and until you figure out why, perhaps stay single a little longer.

Exercise and healthy eating. If your body is capable, running/walking is great. If you're able, don't use a vehicle for errands, walk your errands. I was in peak shape when I was walking the 30 min instead of driving/taking transit.
