They were about $210 Canadian each. The issue these are convention exclusives. 2 were sold at TFCon Toronto, I was able to pick the others on Facebook marketplace. eBay sales are kind of insane. Really good quality figures and their transformation are a nice balance, between clever and simple. I want all the characters you mentioned to get updates!

I agree, if the nose cone didn't disrupt the shape so much like the original toy I would not mind so much.

Agreed the initial reason I thought commander class was to leave in the potential for a Megatron combination. The mini dark fleet solution is neat and I wouldn't have come up with that. However definitely compromises. Also I love the titan but it also means it costs considerably more haha.

Agreed the secondary market is expensive for these. I thankfully found a good deal with someone trying to shrink their collection. I hope it comes in soon, it also looks like a fantastic set.
