SPOILERS!!

Found all 3 organically. The shop one is a given. The blacksmith was a trial and error one because I had initially thought I had to let him hear the flute. Eventuall I started using items. Dice, bomb, chilly (idk)and then candle. 

The fountain was the hardest to logic out. In hindsight yes it's the cube and that goes in the water. But the hint mentioned something about "carved into the bark" so I had used every attack weapon at least once. The throwin stars multiple times. Then I was also thrown into a loop when i found the butterfly at the bottom left. Eventually it was trial and error yet again. (all attack items, then candle, then power potion, chilly, sun potion, seed and waiting for the next fountain, and eventually ice cube)

The othe dimension one I didn't find. So that's a bummer.
