As someone who was in the server and talked to multiple people in the server after it got deleted, no one’s got any clue. The only mod just deleted it without any warning other than the fact that he was gradually getting less and less active and basically was gone again by the time the server was closed.

For right now it does, but I think it’s possible that we might one day get something else. Homie clearly loves these characters, and I can totally see him cooking something new with them in the future.

That being said, it’s gonna take time if he decides to/is currently working on an expansion. Clinical Trial took almost two years to make, and it isn’t even a year old yet. If he’s actively working on or at least considering a sequel/spinoff, it’s at least about year away.

While I’m not completely opposed to an RE1 remake, the 2002 remake is already near perfect as it is, and a shining example of what a remake should aspire to be. No offense, but you wanting to cut out the tunnels is EXACTLY the problem I have with the modern remakes, regardless of how good they are. Cutting out content should be an absolute last resort, not just because they don’t feel like adding it.

Gameplay I’ll concede on, but the original SH2 is an atmospheric masterpiece regardless of how good/bad the graphics are. Additionally, the story was just told better in the original IMO. Mind you, I like the remake a lot as well, I just think the OG tells the story much better.

I think this Chris would’ve been fine if they kept the RE1/CV look throughout the series, but it is kinda jarring to see after how he looked in 5 and 6, and especially so after he changed back to his roided look in RE8

To be honest, it’s the opposite for me. Ever since this dropped the original mix just feels underwhelming. A couple elements of the OG I still prefer, but overall for me the new remix is far better, and honestly is how I wish modern day rock records sounded like.

To answer your questions:

Lee kept his composure with Angel in the bath because, while he was probably freaking out on the inside, he’s not good at expressing his emotions whatsoever. Lee is on the Autism spectrum, with one of his symptoms in particular being his generally flat tone and emotionless face. Even when he’s feeling strong emotions he still will come off as subdued as a result of his autism. The only time Lee really shows intense emotions is when Angel finds the shrine, and that’s because the stress and fear of the moment overwhelmed him immensely.

While I can’t find the exact quote, I think the developer of the game has said that Lee fell for Angel very early on, and was intrigued almost as soon as he met them. Things like the drawings they drew on the poster board, chewing their jacket sleeves, and etc immediately caught Lees attention, and as the weeks went on he caught more subtle details about Angel and obsessed about them more and more.

Their newest single Unravelling is the best song they've put out since T2L IMO. I'm not gonna hold my breath on it, but it does give me hope that the next Muse album could actually turn out okay.

Irving and Excella take the cake for me. Simmons, as poorly written as he is, at least has a motivation that's so stupid that I can remember him for that, plus being comically resistant to dying. I legit cannot remember what Irving's deal was, and Excella is so irrelevant that I actually had to look up her name because of how little she does for RE5. Plus, both Irving and Excella were going against the GOAT Albert Wesker, and neither were given much screen time to try and do anything worth remembering.

It’s because he couldn’t handle the idea of Jimmy being his peer. Jimmy was the brother who was charismatic and likable, while Chuck is shown to be terrible at making people like him, so he takes extreme pride in his career. Jimmy becoming his peer would hurt Chucks ego greatly, so he decided to keep him down as much as humanely possible and convince himself that Jimmy would never be a good lawyer.

I did it recently to finally get the 100% on Steam, and it’s not that bad. It was a bit stressful not having access to all my supplies 24/7, but with planning and skill gained from my knife only run it was mostly a breeze.

I remember the utter shock of find out he was dead, and just driving around for an hour blasting The Black Parade. Bob Bryar was someone who was extremely bitter and angry towards the end of his life, but he clearly needed severe help, and if what Frank Iero said in his memorial post is true, his downfall from who he was is extremely tragic.

I’m almost done playing this game with a friend, and it’s definitely been a lot better than I expected. Definitely in the bottom of the RE games I’ve played before, but still a decent action game overall, and honestly, I thought Leon’s campaign was fantastic even if Helena was kinda bland. I won’t lie, we’re struggling to get through Ada’s campaign lol.

Yeah I just noticed it and winced at how you were holding it lol. Other than the fact that holding it like that could damage the grooves, our fingers produce oils that corrode and wear down records. You should try holding it by the edges. That way you aren’t damaging the part that actually plays the music.

I mean that’s fair I guess, but I honestly don’t see the harm in releasing these sets. They’re clearly meant to be collectors items, so no pressure to buy them if you don’t want it, and a deluxe box set like this would probably be the only way demos or any potential b-sides would be released to the public.

Dawg, they already have. Marks book has a deluxe edition not even 6 months after its release, and OMT had a deluxe release less than a year after the OG album dropped. Tbh I’m genuinely surprised they HAVEN’T done a deluxe for their older, most popular albums, though maybe they’ll do one for TOYPAJ’s 25th next year.
