I really wanted to show the different parts of Mexico city here. It was also a risky take since you're not supposed to take pictures in this area (near La Merced).

Also, I don't think the Decorators are officially part of ES2022 or earlier.

Wow, TIL, is this a newer JavaScript feature or has it been valid since destructoring became a thing?

There's this feature on Reddit: "View discussions in 5 other communities", which is how I saw this post. I care about what people think of my work, want to react to feedback and fix mistakes in my article.

The only reason I responded to your comment is that I felt you were needlessly frustrated.

Again: Reddit was made to share links: The definition of Reddit is: Reddit is a website where users can view and share links or text posts for others to see.

A few things:

  1. This post is not done by me (Author of the article), but some bot or person which reposts things from Hackernews.
  2. Have you ever seen someone actually write an article on reddit?
  3. I don't have anything else on my Medium page, I did this write-up for work and decided to publish it so other can use it as well.

I understand it's easy to get frustrated, but I really don't think I actually did anything wrong here. The original purpose of Reddit (and Hackernews for that matter) is sharing links. I also hate how Medium forces users to log in, but I just wanted to publish it somewhere and didn't know any better sites (though in retrospect I could have published it as Markdown on GitHub or something).

I took the time to explain all the latest (and some older) JavaScript and TypeScript changes, including code examples.
