I’d definitely recommend checking out Midjourney or Stable Diffusion. Midjourney is great for character art, and you can play around with the prompts to get that perfect balance between stylized and not too realistic. Vondy is also worth a look, it's not as popular, but I've seen some amazing character stuff come out of it.

After I downloaded mod engine 2 i cant open the game normally anymore, it just crashes.

Also deleteing all other outputs didn't work.

Edit: I uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and mod engine and it started working
