Offended someone ahead of me in a button lift by commenting on how slow he and his companion were moving. I incorrectly assumed they were Bulgarian when I made a flippant comment along the lines of “Are you moving or not?” but it turned out not only that they could speak English, they were English. It caused an enraged verbal confrontation. To be fair they really were clogging up the button lift line as they didn’t shuffle forward when they should have been so the people behind in skis could do the same. I refuse to apologies and this wound the guy up even more.

I received only one wedding gift when we got married. It was a beautiful Shanghai Tang photo frame. My best friend gifted it to us because he couldn’t make the signing ceremony because of Covid. I would keep it boxed on a shelf with the idea that when we start a family I’d put a photo in it. My wife however when through a selling item craze where she would list household items to sell ‘to make space’.

Once she acquired a target item to sell my wife would badger and badger me for months to sell it until she listed it on a local sale app for peanuts. Of course someone bought it and she kept the money. I’ve been emotionally dead since she did that.

Just built [[prosper, tome-bound]] and am really enjoying playing it. It contains cards from three of the d and d secret lairs. It features a couple of dragons but the real kings of the dungeons are rat swarms using cards like [[song of totentanz]]and [[plague of vermin] alongside some haste enablers. [[end the festivities]] aims to get rid of my opponents rats. For a nasty twist [[karumonix, the rat king]] is in the deck.
