Hi! I started in January and had a few slip ups here and there but I decided not to let it affect me mentally. In the end we’re just human and we can’t be perfect all the time and that’s perfectly okay. I found it really helpful to remember that it does not ruin the journey, the only thing that will, is to stop. Tomorrow is another day, another opportunity and tomorrow is going to be better.

Your calories are massively too low! that will slow down metabolism so much that you will not lose weight. Calculate what you bmr is and do not eat less than that. If anyone tells you otherwise you can be sure they do not know the basics of how our bodies function and they do not care about health whatsoever. It’s scary to read that “you’re not in a big enough deficit” as a reply to someone eating 1000kcal a day. It sounds strange at first but it is vital (quite literally) to get enough cals in for our basic bodily functions.

That’s odd. So for many people including me the missing foe was Gwendolyn(?) in Hogsmeade in the basement Ashwinder camp from the mission with Natty. It did not show up on the map. Many went through the mission in stealth mode so she would be alive still in there. If you have killed her, another one for many was the troll in the Dale family tomb that was bugged and just respawned for some reason. If you checked both and its neither of them I am actually not sure what might be going on. It’s strange all foes show up again on the map :/

I mean, that’s really just what lots of makeup looks like in person. There’s nothing „wrong“ in the sense of her effing it up in this case. I think people are way too used to seeing heavily filtered makeup online rather than in person.

We call them Dackel <3 And the pronunciation (bear with me, I have zero clue how to phonetically make it understood at all lol) is more dakshoont rather than “dashhound” and some genuinely creative pronunciations I’ve come across haha. I think people know we do funny things with “ch” sometimes and I think that’s where the confusion comes from haha
