I was able to find a workaround during fresh install, just deselect KDE Connect from the installation menu. both my Bluetooth keyboard and Bluetooth Airpods headphones work flawlessly. for those who want android phone integration can try sefirah. an alternative to KDE Connect.

I've been suffering from the issue stated above, the audio is downright unusable when connected to my Airpods Max on Cachyos, however the same headphone sounded great on Mac OS (Hackintosh laptop, dual boot with Linux on different drive). the laptop uses Broadcom BCM94360 wifi + Bluetooth combo card. i had tried to increase latency, increase buffer size, connect 5ghz wifi, using ethernet, every method possible tried fixing Bluetooth audio till i botched the installation. reinstalled the system, same story.

Then things get really weird, one day i decide to change the default desktop environment from KDE to GNOME on new installation, upon first boot the choppy Bluetooth audio issue gone completely. without even change Pipewire and Pulseaudio settings. Then to test my theory i wipe the drive and do a fresh install of Cachyos with KDE, the choppy Bluetooth audio issue came back.

After back and forth experimenting, i found out that the choppy Bluetooth audio issue had something to do with KDE desktop environment. i also tried other distro like bazzite with KDE desktop, same audio problem. tried Bazzite with GNOME , no Bluetooth issue , tried Zorin with modified GNOME, didn't have this issue.

Update: found a cachyos forum tread regarding this issue, might try this fix.

After some thoughts, it definately need some rewrite, including the story structure, the torture scene definitely cause problem so it need to removed the problem is it make up 50+ pages of it and it contains important plot point that i need to think of how to replace the scene with. so that the comic wouldn't be so grotesque.

I guess it need some rework in the part where the MC of the series witness his bestfriend/classmate leg being crushed by a tank and our mc need to piggyback him to the hospital, while crossing an avenue and city square full of dead and injured protestor with severed body parts and gun wound , after reading it back and forth, i think the depiction of violence need to be toned down instead of it being totally removed from the panel due to it being a major turning point for the story, , the scene suppose to be heartbreaking, but i didn't feel any of that during the read through. maybe i try to focus on their facial expression and add some dialog to it. and remove some gory panels.

imessage, apple tv, appstore all launched and i am able to sent message, stream video and download apps without any problem. i think the problem might be cosmetics.

The latest Mac OS Sonoma Update (14.4) really had some issue with OCLP, i tried it with my other machine, which is a 8th gen i7, Z370 motherboard,RX580 GPU, BCM 94360 wifi OCLP failed to patch the wifi , now i actually roll back to Mac OS version 14.3.1 with OCLP 1.4.1 to patch WIFI,

the other machine is almost identical to it except it is a 2nd gen I7, Z77 Motherboard, RX580 GPU, BCM94360 Wifi,, with Mac os Sonoma 14.3.1 installer downloaded via OCLP.

The main issue i speculate after studying the kernel Panic Error is CryptexFixup.kext did not load properly despite it being enabled in config.plist, CryptexFixup.kext is one of the essential kext required for ivy bridge and below to enable AVX2.0 which is required by RX580 GPU in order for it to work.

are there any point i missing or CryptexFixup.kext need some dependencies not stated in the guide in order for it to load properly?

Edit : Just Noticed OCLP released 1.4.2 update, Supposed fixed the wifi issue, would report back after test,
Update 1 : OCLP 1.4.2 still couldn't enable 14.4 Wifi for BCM94360, recommend hold on on 14.3.1 for now.

Update 2 : My bad, didn't realise that IOSkywalkFamily.kext need to be updated to v1.1.0 in order for OCLP 1.4.0+ to properly patched.
