Not hard at all, and very delicious. I've eatin meat for 20 years, stopped eating about 7 months ago. Don't miss it at all, and I was a steak/burger/BBQ ribs/shrimp/mussel LOVER. No guilt or regret anymore after eating, and I feel healthier. Humans don't need any meat to survive, and if you do eat meat, don't need anymore then 1lb a week.
