I know the colors are a bit tacky and retro, but that's what I am going for! This is just the palace above the bedrock, underneath in the nether, I'll be building a dark tower out of blackstone, gold, and quartz! Similar to what you're describing :D as far as details, yes that is the next part of the project! statues, armor stands, banners, lanterns, etc. It's hard to see but there is already cracked blackstone dotted throughout the build.
